AhaSend has officially joined the Dutch Cloud Community (DCC), the Dutch trade association for the cloud and internet sector.

It's a milestone that feels right at home for us, and we wanted to take a moment to explain what it means and why it matters.

What is the Dutch Cloud Community?

Dutch CLoud Community

The DCC is the Dutch branch association representing the cloud and internet industry in the Netherlands. It brings together more than 100 prominent companies in the Dutch cloud ecosystem, from hosting providers and infrastructure players to software vendors and managed service providers.

The DCC gives its members a collective voice on policy, regulation, and innovation within the Dutch and European cloud landscape. It's where the industry comes together to shape the future of cloud.

Why this matters to us

We believe Europe deserves its own cloud-native alternatives to the US tech giants. Alternatives that are GDPR-compliant by design, that keep data on European soil, and that understand the regulatory environment our customers operate in. AhaSend was built with exactly that conviction, and joining the DCC is a natural extension of it.

What it means for our customers

As a DCC member, we uphold the DCC code of conduct that all members commit to. It covers three areas that directly benefit our customers: social and environmental responsibility, professional service delivery with GDPR and EU data sovereignty at its core, and active abuse prevention. For you as a customer, it means you can hold us to an industry-wide standard, backed by the DCC.

We're proud to stand alongside the other members of the DCC in building a stronger, more independent European cloud sector.
